Redstone on Wheels provides artisanal wood-fired pizza for your outdoor event. Each pizza is made to order using only the finest all-natural locally sourced ingredients. Using fresh ingredients is not a new concept for us. Our restaurant, Golden Irene, is a scratch kitchen with all the dishes made to order. This idea will also carry forward to our second venture, Redstone Pasta Company, which is currently under construction. Your certified Pizzaiolo has developed an all-weather dough which ensures the first pizza is as good as the last. Based in north-central Connecticut, we travel to most northern Connecticut and southern Massachusetts towns. Our catering menu also includes appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
